Please note that shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination, therefore can vary. The prices quoted above show a minimum delivery charge.
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse up to 7 business days after the order date. Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.
***Orders with FedEx Express shipping will ship the same day if placed before 12 noon PST Monday-Friday. If placed after that time they will ship on the next business day. Please note that public holidays may also affect this.

The same applies to any taxes applied to your order prior to checking out. Pre-Order items are also excluded from free shipping.
Weight restrictions may apply and not all shipping methods will be available for all weights / shipping destinations. FREE SHIPPING may be sent via any carrier and any method - we do not specify which, this includes sending via DHL for international orders

You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the US. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
If you have not received your order after 60 days from the dispatch date - let us know asap, no later than 90 days from your order date.
